Free returns

We care about your 100% satisfaction. Therefore, we made our returns easy & FREE. If something is wrong with you order, you have 30 days to return. We will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. Of course, we ask you to return the items in their original state : clean & never worn. Shoes are to be returned in their shoebox; watches, bags & belts in their case.

If you see any vice on the item you ordered, please contact us at : [email protected]. We will proceed to the exchange of items (or to a refund if that's what you prefer). Nous nous chargeons de procéder à un échange de marchandise (ou à un remboursement si vous le souhaitez). Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

How-to return process

  1. Pack your items in the original plastic bag & box (we try to keep waste to a minimum).
  2. To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you use pre-paid postage label which is included in the original packaging. Attach the label to the return parcel.
  3. Responsibility for the returns is yours until the parcel reaches us. PLease remember to ask a proof of postage when dropping off the package at the delivery company (DPD, BPost ou GLS).
  4. We make everything we can to proceed to the refund as fast as we can. However, the refund delay defers according to the payment method you used.
